Enligt Continental anv\u00e4nder d\u00e4cket flera teknologier f\u00f6r att minska energif\u00f6rluster:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Aerodimple-sidov\u00e4gg<\/strong> \u2014 ett m\u00f6nster av sm\u00e5 f\u00f6rdjupningar inspirerat av en golfbolls yta, utformat f\u00f6r att minska luftturbulens bakom d\u00e4cket n\u00e4r det roterar.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Material med l\u00e5g friktion<\/strong> \u2014 nya sammans\u00e4ttningar i karkass, innerliner och sidov\u00e4gg minskar intern friktion.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Energieffektiv gummiblandning<\/strong> \u2014 anpassad slitbansblandning som syftar till l\u00e4gre rullmotst\u00e5nd samtidigt som d\u00e4ckets livsl\u00e4ngd bibeh\u00e5lls.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tyst slitbanem\u00f6nster<\/strong> \u2014 konstruerat f\u00f6r att minimera rullningsljud, specifikt inst\u00e4llt f\u00f6r frekvenser som \u00e4r vanliga vid cirka 50 km\/h, d\u00e4r elbilar i stadstrafik tillbringar st\u00f6rst del av sin tid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dimensionerna 255\/45 R20 105 V XL FR och 255\/40 R21 102 V XL FR som godk\u00e4nts f\u00f6r smart #5 \u00e4r f\u00e4lgar med stor diameter och bred profil \u2014 i linje med SUV-segmentets preferens f\u00f6r 20- och 21-tums hjul. D\u00e4cket \u00e4r av sommartyp, s\u00e5 \u00e4gare i marknader med uttalade vintrar beh\u00f6ver en separat vinterupps\u00e4ttning.
